I am a dedicated, enthusiastic individual who is ambitious, hardworking and takes pride in everything I do. I am a well-organised and determined person who works well under pressure and is able to work simultaneously on multiple projects independently or as part of a team. I have good communication skills and this is reflected in the positions I have achieved in my career.

My career has mostly been in media with the largest commercial radio stations in Britain, working with the biggest entertainment brands, where I head up an interactive team producing creative sites from start to finish under tight deadlines. My strength lies in usability design, but can take these designs and build websites to W3C standards using a variety of different languages including XHTML, CSS, JQuery, Flash AS2 and PHP.

My passion for design and development is infectious and I like to take the lead in incorporating and promoting new design developments and technologies. I now use my experience to manage the production of award winning creative sites to strict client specifications.

Confident and highly motivated, opportunities to excel are a must for me to reach my potential. I have a thirst for knowledge and constantly looking at ways to improve myself by attending training courses and conferences such as SXSW.
